On the 23rd March 2020 the UK went into lockdown due to Covid 19. It felt like for a while we were united; united with fear, with anxiety, with strength, with courage, kindness, love and hope.

Stay at home. Protect the NHS. Save lives. The slogan we lived by.

This has been and still is a challenging time for many. The future is uncertain, we move forward into uncharted waters, life as we know it is a thing of the past. We have to adapt, change and learn to walk this new road with limited vision. Not everyone will move at the same speed, show understanding and kindness to others as they try to find their own path.

I wanted to create a body of work in response to this moment in time. A time the world became very small, and time it self stood still for a while.
